I received a The Raven and The Black Cat Edgar Allan Poe shirt shipment from one of my orders the other day that was damaged the post office delivered it in a large plastic bag as the entire box and contents were soaked in some sort of brown liquid I have called your customer service number multiple times now and wait time exceeds 30 minutes I hold for as long as I can but I don’t have this sort of time I sent an email to y’all and understand it may be 5 business days before I get a response back I used my place cash on this order really want the items I ordered the post office said y’all would have insurance and would likely replace the items help I can’t even keep the box in my house or garage as it smells awful and I don’t know what to do please see attached photos as well I have the tracking number the post office uses so they have it documented on file that it was damaged. Love e l f products i’ve been praising how great they are to all family and friends so I was so disappointed when my mom and grandma wondered why their poreless face primer ran out so fast so we took apart the bottle and realized how much of an illusion they were portraying to the amount we were getting this is the product taken apart there is a The Raven and The Black Cat Edgar Allan Poe shirt pink inner tubing inside a clear tube I always thought the pink was the primer then there is a little tiny cup you can see that is all the primer so incredibly disappointed now I know why my foundations would end so quickly more then likely uses the same system. This store is horrible when it comes to shipping n horrible when it comes to exchanges with a reciept took them 3 weeks to deliver my order n when I tried to exchange with a receipt because the jeans were to small they said I couldnt at the store they had the tags too dissappointed
